What is a Token?

A Token is provided to customers after purchasing a token from our store. This Token is required to generate a Confirmation ID (CID) uping API. One token can generate one CID only.

What is an Installation ID (IID)?

An Installation ID (IID) is generated when a user selects the "Telephone Activation" option in Microsoft Office applications or on the Windows activation page.

What should I do if I receive an "Invalid IID" message?

If you encounter this error, please take a screenshot of the activation page and contact our support team for assistance.

What happens if my key is blocked?

If your key is blocked, it means the product key has reach activation limit. Contact the seller from whom the key has been purchased.

Common Errors & Their Meanings

• Error: "The order does not contain the required product."
  Meaning: The Order ID entered does not match the product purchased.
• Error: "No order ID found. Please purchase a token to generate the CID code."
  Meaning: The Order ID entered is incorrect or missing.
• Error: "The provided license key does not match the order ID."
  Meaning: The License Key (Token) entered does not correspond to the provided Order ID.
• Error: "Token Already used"
  Meaning: Purchase token already used to generate CID.
