Step 1: Install Microsoft Project Professional 2021

If you have not already installed Microsoft Project Professional 2021, you can do so by following the instructions on the Microsoft website.

Step 2: Open Microsoft Project Professional 2021

Once you have installed Microsoft Project Professional 2021, open the program.

Step 3: Click the “File” tab

• In the top left corner of the Microsoft Project Professional 2021 window, click the “File” tab.

Step 4: Click “Product Key”

• In the left-hand side of the “File” menu, click “Product Key”.

Step 5: Enter your product key

• In the “Product Key” window, enter your 25-character product key. You can find your product key on the packaging or card that came with your Microsoft Project Professional 2021 software.

Step 6: Click “Next”

• Once you have entered your product key, click “Next”.

Step 7: Click “Activate”

• In the next window, click “Activate”.

Step 8: Follow the on-screen instructions

• If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process.

Step 9: Close the “Product Key” window

• Once the activation process is complete, close the “Product Key” window.

Congratulations! You have successfully activated Microsoft Project Professional 2021. You can now start using the program to manage your projects.
